Infotech Aerospace Services Inc was
established in 2003 as a 100% subsidiary of Infotech.
Infotech Enterprises has divested 51% stake of this
wholly owned subsidiary with effect from 1st October
2004 in favour of Pratt & Whitney.
Infotech Aerospace Services Inc was created to provide
services for military Aero-engines. This
facility
will
provide
services
in
the
areas
of
code
verification,
drafting,
modeling, tool
design
and
other
support
functions.
Puerto
Rico
represents
a
significant
opportunity
for Infotech
to
take
advantage
of
the
cost
effective
resource
base
of
Puerto
Rico
to
provide
services
to
the
North
American
defense
related
