Conversion of P&ID in to Smart Plant P&ID

Scope of work
	Preparation / Re-drawing of existing P&ID drawings in to intelligent SP-P&ID format.
	Additional data form drawings and specification sheets respectively
	As-built of P&IDs.
	Updating the converted SP P&IDs with Approved marked up as-built prints
	Final Deliverables of SP-P&ID as per Client requirements

Inputs
	Soft copy’s (AutoCad 2D format) of Piping & Instrumentation diagrams.
	Documents/Drawings containing additional information of Equipments, Pipelines,
	Instruments, Valves etc.
	Legend.
	Project Specification.

Methodology
	Technical requirements of the project are reviewed in detail.
	Anomaly resolution methods are discussed.
	Documentation of the complete and accurate procedure.
	Production floor Set-up.
	Administrative procedures like project reporting, problem resolution, Procedures and
	shipping methods.
