this belief to be translated into action, we have
created a culture where associates are encouraged and
provided with opportunities to develop their competence.
Our learning
culture permeates every level of the organization, and begins
from the day you join us as an associate. A thoughtfully
designed two-month induction program introduces you to our
processes, business goals and corporate culture; thereafter, our
Saturday Matinee program provides weekly audiovisual training on
subjects as diverse as problem solving, how to write appraisals,
and Reiki. Project related training helps boost your project
performance and facilitates smoother interaction with fellow
team members, while cross-functional learning programs encourage
you to diversify your knowledge and enhance your leadership
potential.
In addition to frequent
workshops, seminars and lectures,
we offer you the opportunity to explore new
territory through Technology Foundation
Courses, or build upon your existing domain
knowledge by enrolling in a Competence Group
that
offers
you
the
chance
to
create
convergence
technologies
while
sharing
and
learning
from
others
with
similar
technology
interests.
We value holistic knowledge
acquisition over keyhole learning, and emphasize
internal leadership development. Our learning
initiatives are not confined to technical skills
alone, but span a gamut of topics, including
quality, project management; leadership
development; multicultural sensitization;
linguistics; team-orientation; yoga and
communication.
Since beginning we are very
supportive of our associates pursuing higher education and
enhancing their professional competence. While selective
associates receive sponsorship from the company to pursue
full-time higher education all associates may avail educational
leave facility. Apart from these associates may also take up
certificate courses and be eligible to claim fee reimbursement.
Above all, we encourage
knowledge sharing within the organization. In addition to our
extensive in-house library, the intranet is a goldmine of
resources – including code archives; project repositories;
resource libraries; publications; case studies; white papers;
and more.
