B.V.R. Mohan Reddy – Chairman & Managing DirectorB.V.R. Mohan Reddy – Chairman & Managing Director

Mohan Reddy is acknowledged to have pioneered the CAD/CAM culture in India by introducing computer systems for design and manufacturing applications as far back as 1982. In the past 10 years, through Infotech Enterprises, he established the 'Engineered in India' brand by providing design engineering services to reputed global companies that include names like Boeing, Airbus, Pratt & Whitney, Bombardier, Philips, Siemens and Westinghouse. 

Mr. Reddy was associated with prestigious companies in India for over two decades before establishing Infotech Enterprises in 1991. 

Today, Infotech Enterprises is a global engineering services company with revenue of USD 324 million and a compound annual growth rate of 22% for the last five years.  The company currently employs over 9,300 associates worldwide.

Mr. Reddy has been a member of the NASSCOM Executive Council since 2003, and has also served as the Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Southern Region, from 2008-09.  He is associated with councils of various academic and industry forums and has led several initiatives for the benefit of the industry. 

In March 2007, Mr. Reddy was conferred an honorary doctorate by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, India.  He has been conferred several awards including the recent “Distinguished Alumnus Award” by IIT, Kanpur. Reddy was recently honored with the prestigious ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) Leadership Award for outstanding leadership in advancing the use of computers in information engineering. 

Mr. Reddy is passionate about the company’s social responsibilities and has established the Infotech Enterprises Charitable Trust (IECT). The company contributes 0.5% of its profit for social initiatives. So far, IECT has adopted 10 government primary schools and provides financial, infrastructure and social support to over 5,000 underprivileged children. 

A strong proponent of inclusive development, Mr. Reddy undertook several initiatives that support empowerment and employment opportunities for women in smaller cities.

Mr. Reddy holds a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering, Kakinada (1971) and postgraduate degrees from IIT, Kanpur, India (1973) and University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA (1977).

B. Sucharitha – Full-Time DirectorB. Sucharitha – Full-Time Director

B. Sucharitha, Full-Time Director on the board of Infotech since 1992, oversees the accounting and administrative functions of the company. Before her foray into Infotech, Sucharitha worked in the IT division of Bhavani & Co, Hyderabad. She is a postgraduate in Chemistry, and excelled throughout her educational career.

Allan J. Brockett – Non-Executive DirectorAllan J. Brockett – Non-Executive Director

Al Brockett is Vice President, Engineering - Module Centers, at Pratt & Whitney, a world leader in the design, manufacture and service of aircraft engines, propulsion systems and industrial gas turbines and a unit of United Technologies Corporation (NYSE:UTX). He assumed his current role in 2009.

Mr. Brockett has over 32 years of engineering experience at Pratt & Whitney. He is a also a Board Director for IAS Engineering Services, a joint venture between Infotech Enterprises and Pratt & Whitney, based in Puerto Rico.

Mr. Brockett holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, USA. 

Abhay Havaldar - Non-Executive DirectorAbhay Havaldar - Non-Executive Director

Abhay Havaldar is a Managing Director at General Atlantic, a global growth equity firm, since 2002. He established General Atlantic's India office in 2002 and remains based in Mumbai, India where he leads General Atlantic's South East Asia investment initiatives with a focus on financial services and enterprise solutions. He currently serves as a director on the board of Jubilant Organosys Ltd. and IBS Software Services (P) Ltd.

Mr. Havaldar started his career with the TATA Group and has held operating management responsibilities at TATA Infotech and HCL Infosystems.

Mr. Havaldar holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bombay and a Master's in Management degree from the Sloan Fellow program at the London Business School.

Shankar Narayanan - Non-Executive DirectorShankar Narayanan - Non-Executive Director

Shankar Narayanan is a Managing Director responsible for leading growth capital investments in India. He is based in Mumbai.

Since joining Carlyle in 2004, Mr. Shankar Narayanan has led investments in Claris Lifesciences, Elitecore Technologies, Repco Home Finance, Tirumala Milk Products, Visen Industries, Value and Budget Housing Corporation, Edelweiss Financial Services, South Indian Bank and Infotech Enterprises.

He was also actively involved in managing and exit of Carlyle investments in Newgen Knowledge Works, Financial Software & Systems, Learning Mate Solutions, QuEST and Sharekhan.

Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Shankar Narayanan spent six years at Hathway Investments in Mumbai and during that time served as Managing Director and CEO. He was also with Deutsche Bank Capital Partners, based in Hong Kong, as a Director covering South Asia and India. Mr. Narayanan has led or been associated with a number of prominent private equity investments in India, including Johnson Tiles, Exide Industries, Hathway Cable, Asianet Satellite Communications, Pushpa Polymers, Tata Infomedia, and AFL Limited. He had served on the Board of Directors of all these Companies. Prior to Hathway Investments, Mr. Shankar Narayanan worked at Citibank in Mumbai.

Mr. Narayanan received a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from XLRI Jamshedpur where he was a Gold Medalist and stood first in the graduating class in the area of Finance and Accounting, and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi.

Mr. Narayanan is currently on the Boards of Elitecore Technologies, Cyberoam Technologies, Repco Home Finance, Visen Industries and Tirumala Milk Products Private Limited. M.M. Murugappan – Independent DirectorM.M. Murugappan – Independent Director

M. M. Murugappan is Vice Chairman of the Murugappa Corporate Board. He is the Chairman of Tube Investments of India Ltd, Carborundum Universal Ltd, Wendt India Ltd, and Murugappa Morgan Thermal Ceramics Ltd.

Mr. Murugappan serves as a trustee of the AMM Foundation and a correspondent of the Murugappa Polytechnic College. He is a member on the Board of Governors, IIT, Madras. He holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan, USA.

G.V. Prasad – Independent DirectorG.V. Prasad – Independent Director

G.V. Prasad is Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited, Hyderabad.

As CEO, G.V. Prasad has championed the company‘s globalization and played a vital role in its evolution. He has been the architect of the company's global generics strategy. G.V. Prasad has a Bachelor‘s degree in Chemical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago (1982), and a Master’s degree in Industrial Administration from Purdue University (1983).

K. Ramachandran – Independent DirectorK. Ramachandran – Independent Director

K. Ramachandran started his career with the Tata Administrative Service (TAS), the Tata Group's central talent pool. In 1993, he led Philips India's human resource function. In 1998, he was appointed the first Indian CEO and Country Manager of the company. He was also appointed as Cluster Manager for the Indian Subcontinent (India, Pakistan, SAARC) in August 2006.

Mr. Ramachandran holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Business Management, from one of India's premier institutions.

Alain De Taeye – Independent DirectorAlain De Taeye – Independent Director

Alain De Taeye, born in Belgium, graduated as Engineer Architect from the University of Gent, Belgium. After having done research work in the field of Operations Research at the Business School of the Gent University, he founded Informatics & Management Consultants (I&M) where, next to IT consultancy, he continued his work on digital map databases and routing. In 1989, I&M was integrated into the Dutch TeleAtlas group and as of 1990, Mr. De Taeye headed the TeleAtlas group. During this period, he successfully introduced TeleAtlas on both the Frankfurt and the Amsterdam Stock Exchanges. In 2008, TomTom acquired TeleAtlas and Mr. De Taeye was appointed as a member of the Management Board in October 2008.

Vikas Sehgal – Independent DirectorVikas Sehgal – Independent Director

Vikas Sehgal is the Managing Director and Global Automotive Sector Head at Rothschild, UK. He is responsible for the global automotive and engineering products sector. He is also responsible for Rothschild’s offerings for equity markets, debt advisory, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to Rothschild, Mr. Sehgal was a partner at Booz & Company, where he managed multiple client relationships in the United States, Europe, India, China and the Middle East. He was also instrumental in starting the engineering offshoring business in 2002 and established their India business in 2009. He began his professional career at Ford Motor Company, Michigan, as a Program Engineer.

He has been a prolific writer and has published many papers and sample studies on engineering products and global engineering offshoring. 

Mr. Sehgal holds a Master‘s degree in Management from the University of Chicago in addition to a Master‘s degree in Engineering from MIT and the University of Florida. He also holds a Bachelor‘s degree in Engineering from the University of Delhi. 

He is currently based in London.

Harsh Manglik – Independent DirectorHarsh Manglik – Independent Director

Harsh Manglik is a seasoned leader who brings with him over 30-years of rich and diverse experience in global business and in management consulting, gained in a number of world class organizations, spanning several industries and domains.  These include aerospace and other industries that produce highly engineered products, and the domains of information technology as well as product development and manufacturing strategy.  His deep roots are in the global aerospace and IT industries.

He served as Chairman & Geography Managing Director, Accenture India, and was a member of Accenture's global Executive Leadership Team (ELT) that had overall responsibility for Accenture’s corporate governance.  As Accenture’s senior leader in India, he was responsible for all Accenture activities in India and for the strategic direction, growth and the development of its businesses based in this geography.  He was responsible for leading the formulation and execution of long-term strategies, and for interacting with clients, employees and other stakeholders.  As a key part of this role Mr. Manglik provided leadership as primary decision maker and policy maker, and was responsible for setting the tone for the company’s values, ethics and culture.  He was responsible for over 70,000 Accenture employees in India.

Mr. Manglik was Chairman of NASSCOM, and now continues as a member of its Executive Council (comprising CEO’s of Indian and MNC IT companies, and heads of IT “captives” of MNC’s), and as a permanent member of its Council of Chairmen.  He was an invited member of the National Council of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).  He is a director on the board of Infotech Enterprises and has served as director on the board of the National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC) and was a member of the Board of Trustees of NASSCOM Foundation.  He was also a board member of the Data Security Council of India (DSCI), a joint initiative of NASSCOM and the Department of IT, Government of India.

Harsh Manglik, who returned to India and to Accenture as Chairman - India, first joined the company in the Hartford, CT office in the early 1990’s.  He has also worked with IBM for nearly 10 years where he held US, Asia Pacific and Global leadership responsibilities. Mr. Manglik earlier served as a senior executive at Pratt & Whitney and its parent, United Technologies Corporation, where he led several transformational initiatives.  His experience includes working as a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton in the US.   He started his career as a management trainee with Metal Box India.

He has been an active participant in the collaboration between industry and academia. He is a member of Carnegie Mellon University’s Presidential Committee on India. He previously served on the Founding Operating Committee at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) for the “Leaders for Manufacturing” graduate program, a program jointly sponsored by MIT’s Sloan School of Management and the Graduate School of Engineering.   He is a member of the Board of Governors of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur and of the International Advisory Council for the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak.

Recognitions for Harsh Manglik include the IIT Kanpur Distinguished Alumnus Award, the highest award the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur confers on its alumni. He was featured on the cover of Forbes magazine for a lead story focused on C-level leadership in Asia.  Economic Times has again listed him in the Top 10 “Most Powerful MNC CEOs”.

Hailing from Uttarakhand /Uttar Pradesh where he grew up, Mr. Manglik graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur.  Earlier he attended St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University, where he studied physics.  He also holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.  His earlier schooling was primarily at La Martiniere College, Lucknow, India.

Harsh Manglik and his wife currently live in Bangalore and California.  The Mangliks have two daughters who are currently studying at university.

Krishna Bodanapu – President & COOKrishna Bodanapu – President & COO

Krishna Bodanapu is President & COO at Infotech Enterprises. In this role, he manages all business operations including delivery, sales, marketing, strategy and organizational excellence. He is also responsible for identifying new growth opportunities and extending current service offerings to new markets.

Mr. Bodanapu’s journey at Infotech began in 2001, when he joined as a Sales Manager, driving sales of engineering services in Europe. He later moved to India, where he held the dual roles of Marketing Manager for the Aerospace vertical and Key Account Manager. As Marketing Manager he engaged with many of Infotech‘s key aerospace customers and was an integral part of many successful customer engagements. As Key Account Manager, he was responsible for the relationship building and account management of several key customers in engineering services across verticals.

Prior to joining Infotech, Mr. Bodanapu was with Altera Corporation, a leading semiconductor manufacturing company, in San Jose, California. At Altera, he was responsible for the company’s flagship product line, APEX.

Mr. Bodanapu has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

John Renard – President, UT&CJohn Renard – President, UT&C

John Renard, President, Utilities, Telecom and Content Engineering (UT&C) worldwide. Mr. Renard has over 10 years' commercial and management experience in the GIS arena, as well as having a formal consultancy background. He has worked at all levels with clients to deliver business applications.

After studying management at Cambridge, UK, Mr. Renard undertook a two year vocational management training with Tiphook Plc. This covered all aspects of company management, including accounting, marketing, sales and operations. Prior to Infotech, he ran his own consulting practice working with companies such as Andersen Consulting and Total. His deep knowledge and understanding of the European market comes from six years of work experience in France (1989-1995).

B. Ashok Reddy – President, Global Human Resources and Corporate AffairsB. Ashok Reddy – President, Global Human Resources and Corporate Affairs

Prior to joining Infotech, Ashok Reddy was with Voltas Ltd. His speedy rise from a Management Trainee in one of their subsidiaries to Chief Manager - HR for their Home Appliances Business Division – which employs more than 3,000 – was noteworthy. His diversified experience includes personnel, human resource development (HRD), legal, factory administration, and government liaison positions.

At Infotech, Mr. Reddy leads HRD, and is responsible for positioning Infotech as a preferred employer, while ensuring employee satisfaction and progressive career development opportunities. He specifically focuses on defining organizational structures and identifying and developing future leaders.

Mr. Reddy is a postgraduate in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management and also holds a Bachelor‘s degree in Law.

Martin Trostel – Managing Director & President, Engineering Services, EuropeMartin Trostel – Managing Director & President, Engineering Services, Europe

Martin Trostel, Managing Director & President, Engineering Services, Europe, is responsible for marketing, sales and strategies for Infotech’s European markets.

After his business education, Mr. Trostel worked in several sales and marketing roles as well as production management until he founded AGS GmbH in 1990. He successfully leveraged his international experience gained while working with partners in the US and a number of European countries. In the year 2000, after a long-term relationship with Infotech, he merged his company with Infotech Enterprises and joined the Infotech global organization.

Ajay Aggarwal – Chief Financial OfficerAjay Aggarwal – Chief Financial Officer

Ajay Aggarwal is an FCS, FICWA, and holds an Engineering degree from BITS, Pilani, India. He attended the Corporate Finance program at Euromoney, UK.

Mr. Aggarwal has extensive experience in financial management and commercial management in large multilocation, multiproduct organizations. He also has experience in setting up startups with expertise in funding, banking and strategic planning, business modeling, MIS, ERP implementations, capital budgeting, corporate finance, M&A and restructuring.

Before joining Infotech, Mr. Aggarwal was with Tata Chemicals as Chief Corporate Controller. Prior to that, he was associated with reputed organizations such as Kirby Building Systems, Reliance Industries, P T Polysindo and J K Synthetics.

Ramaswami Anantharam – Chief Information OfficerRamaswami Anantharam – Chief Information Officer

Ramaswami Anantharam, as CIO of Infotech, is responsible for enterprise-wide IT infrastructure and applications across all locations worldwide and is mandated to provide proactive leadership in building secure, stable and scalable systems.

Mr. Anantharam has over 25 years of work experience in various capacities in strategizing and delivering IT solutions to business.  Prior to joining Infotech, he worked with multinational corporations including Union Carbide, Energizer and Flextronics. His experience includes transforming locally optimized IS organizations in diverse multicultural and environmental settings across Asia, Australia and Africa into a shared IT service organization in support of global initiatives.  His M&A domain experience include both pre-acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition integration.

Mr. Anantharam is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from REC Trichy (now NIT Trichy) and a postgraduate in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India. He also holds professional certifications in project management (PMI), service management (ITIL Expert) and security (CISSP).

Brian Wyatt - Sr. VP of Global Marketing & Business DevelopmentBrian Wyatt - Sr. VP of Global Marketing & Business Development

Brian Wyatt is Senior Vice President for Global Marketing and Business Development at Infotech Enterprises. In this role, he focuses on Infotech’s revenue growth strategy, marketing activities, brand management, key account management and strategic deals. He also plays an active role in evaluating strategic inorganic opportunities and post deal integration.

Mr. Wyatt joined Infotech in 2009 as Vice President, Strategic Initiatives for North America in the Engineering vertical working with opportunities across industries.  

Prior to joining Infotech, Mr. Wyatt was Vice President for Business Development at TopCoder, Inc, a pioneer in the crowdsourcing software development space ranked #45 on the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing companies. Before that, Mr. Wyatt spent over 10 years supporting high growth, international technology companies as a strategy consultant and key account manager.

Mr. Wyatt has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Boston College and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

 

Rajendra Velagapudi - Sr. VP & Head of Aero BURajendra Velagapudi - Sr. VP & Head of Aero BU

Rajendra Velagapudi is Senior Vice President and Head of the Aerospace Business Unit at Infotech Enterprises. In this role he is responsible for motivating the work force to deliver products on time every time, improve productivity and focus on innovation and growth in the Aerospace business. Mr. Velagapudi is also responsible for leveraging client relationships and positioning Infotech among the best global end-to-end solutions ranging from product definition to after-market for the global aerospace and defense industries.

Rajendra was a key player in building a world-class engineering solutions team at Infotech and nurturing partnerships with customers. He was champion in leading quality initiatives at Infotech, such as ISO 9000, AS9100 and Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) – a United Technologies Corporation (UTC) quality operating system.

Prior to joining Infotech in 1999, Rajendra worked in the field of mechanical design and analysis of power train systems for commercial and off-highway equipment.  He started his career in 1987 at Ford Truck Division and later worked with Bajaj Tempo and Bharat Earth Movers Limited before he moved to Infotech.

Rajendra holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Siddhartha Engineering College, Vijayawada and two Masters degrees – specializing in Automobile Engineering from Madras Institute of Technology, Chennai and specializing in Design from the Cranfield University, UK.

Anand Parameswaran - Sr. VP & Head of HTH BUAnand Parameswaran - Sr. VP & Head of HTH BU

Anand Parameswaran is Senior Vice President and Head of the HTH Business Unit at Infotech Enterprises. The HTH unit serves customers across several industries including Rail Transportation, Heavy Equipment, Semiconductors, Consumer Appliances and Energy. Anand is responsible for all aspects of customer satisfaction, associate engagement, profitability and revenue growth of the HTH BU. Anand is also responsible for the Peoria and San Jose delivery centers in the US.

Anand graduated from BITS, Pilani. Prior to joining Infotech, Anand worked in various leadership roles across North America, Europe and Asia in the IT industry for Wipro and Cognizant.

R. Shankar - Sr. VP & Head of Content BUR. Shankar - Sr. VP & Head of Content BU

R. Shankar is Senior Vice President and Head of the Content business unit at Infotech Enterprises. Under his leadership, the team helps customers map and transform raw, multisource geoscientific and navigational data into useful outputs, such as maps or structured databases. Its principal industry segments include Oil & Gas, Mining, Content Publishing and Government. Shankar has complete, global P&L responsibility for the business unit.

Prior to Infotech, he worked in several international leadership roles in the enterprise applications market with Ramco Systems. The early years of his career as a sales and marketing professional were with Voltas Limited and TVS Electronics. In his previous roles, he successfully drove several customer acquisitions and strategic alliances.

Shankar holds a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur.
