Mr. B. V. R. Mohan Reddy is the Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of Infotech Enterprises Limited, Hyderabad. He was born on 12th October 1950.

Mr. Mohan Reddy is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering and has two Masters Degrees: one in Management Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA and another in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur.

Mr. Mohan Reddy has over thirty years of engineering and management experience, most of it in the IT industry. He began his career with DCM Group; then moved to MICO BOSCH and later joined Hindustan Computers Ltd (now HCL). Later, Mohan Reddy worked as the Managing Director of OMC Computers which was promoted by Voltas Ltd and Dr Raj Reddy - the world renowned computer scientist from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh who brought in the futurist technology for India (CAD/CAM). Mr. Mohan Reddy is acknowledged to have pioneered the CAD/CAM culture in India.

With this entrepreneurial experience Mohan Reddy promoted Infotech Enterprises Ltd. (1991-92) and holds its helm of affairs as its Chairman & Managing Director. Infotech Enterprises was founded in 1991 as a Technology Services and Solutions company. It has now a strength of 7600 Engineering and Software professionals across 27 global locations. It is a CMMi Level 5 and ISO 9001:2000, AS9100 Company and Publicly traded company.

Mr. Mohan Reddy, served as the Chairman of CII Southern Region for 2008-2009. He has earlier served as Deputy Chairman of CII, Southern Region and was also the chairman of the AP state council. He has held offices as President of Electronics Industries Association of Andhra Pradesh (ELIAP); Hyderabad Software Exporters' Association (HYSEA).

He now serves as Member on the Executive Council of National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM) and on Advisory Councils of many Institutions. Mr. Reddy has led many initiatives with his forethought and vision for the benefit of the IT Industry in particular with his involvement with associations like CII, NASSCOM, HYSEA, ELIAP etc.

Over the years Mohan Reddy has received many honors and accolades in recognition of his services and entrepreneurial skills. Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Andhra Pradesh conferred an Honorary Doctorate on Mr.B.V.R Mohan Reddy on 30th March 2007.

 Mr. BVR Mohan Reddy, has been conferred the "Distinguished Alumnus Award by IIT Kanpur". The Distinguished Alumnus Award (DAA) of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) - Kanpur is the highest award given by the Institute to its alumni in recognition of their achievements of exceptional merit.

He believes and says "unless you can walk your talk, you can never be an outstanding leader".

B. Sucharitha, Full-Time Director on the board of Infotech since 1992, oversees the accounting and administrative functions of the company. Before her foray into Infotech, Sucharitha worked in the computers/systems division of M/s Bhavani & Co, Hyderabad. She is a postgraduate in Chemistry, and excelled throughout her educational career.

Al Brockett is Vice President, Engineering - Module Centers, at Pratt & Whitney, a world leader in the design, manufacture and service of aircraft engines, propulsion systems and industrial gas turbines and a unit of United Technologies Corporation (NYSE:UTX). He assumed his current role in 2009.

Al has over 32 years of engineering experience at Pratt & Whitney. He is a also a board director for IAS engineering services, a joint venture of Infotech and Pratt & Whitney based in Puerto Rico.

Al holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Oklahoma State University. 

Abhay Havaldar is a Managing Director at General Atlantic, a global growth equity firm, where he has worked since 2002. Mr. Havaldar established General Atlantic's India office in 2002 and remains based in Mumbai, India where he leads General Atlantic's South East Asia investment initiatives with a focus on Financial Services and Enterprise Solutions. He currently serves as a Director on the board of Jubilant Organosys Ltd. and IBS Software Services (P) Ltd.

Havaldar started his career with TATA and has held operating management responsibilities at TATA Infotech and HCL Infosystems.

Havaldar holds a bachelors degree in electrical engineering from the University of Bombay and a masters in management degree from the Sloan Fellow program at the London Business School."

M M Murugappan is the Vice Chairman of the Murugappa Corporate Board. He is the Chairman of Tube Investments of India Ltd, Carborundum Universal Ltd, Wendt India Ltd, and Murugappa Morgan Thermal Ceramics Ltd.

He serves as a Trustee of the AMM Foundation and the Correspondent of the Murugappa Polytechnic College. He is a Member on the Board of Governors, IIT, Madras. He holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan, USA. 

G.V. Prasad is Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited, Hyderabad.

As CEO, G.V. Prasad has championed the globalization of the company and has played a vital role in the company's evolution. He has been the architect of the company's global generics strategy. G.V. Prasad has a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago (1982), and a Masters in Industrial Administration from Purdue University (1983).

J. Ramachandran is BOC Chair Professor of Business Policy at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Prior to joining the faculty at IIM Bangalore, Professor Ramachandran was Vice President (Management Services) at Reliance Industries Limited, one of India's largest private sector firms.

Professor Ramachandran has been the Harry Reynolds Visiting International Professor at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania; and a Visiting Professor at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France and the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, USA.

A qualified Chartered and Cost Accountant, Professor Ramachandran obtained his doctorate from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahemedabad. 

Mr. K. Ramachandran started his career with the Tata Administrative Service (TAS), the Tata Group's central talent pool. In 1993 he head Philips India's Human Resource function. In 1998, he was appointed the first Indian CEO and Country Manager. He was also appointed as the Cluster Manager for the Indian Subcontinent (India, Pakistan, SAARC) in August 2006.

Mr. K. Ramachandran holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Post-graduate degree in Business Management, from India's premier institutions.

Alain De Taeye, born in Belgium, graduated as engineer-architect from the University of Gent. After having done research work in the field of Operations Research at the Business School of the Gent University, he founded Informatics & Management Consultants (I&M) where, next to IT consultancy, he continued his work on digital map databases and routing. In 1989 I&M was integrated into the Dutch TeleAtlas group and as of 1990 Alain headed the TeleAtlas group. During this period, he successfully introduced TeleAtlas on both the Frankfurt and the Amsterdam Stock Exchanges. In 2008, TomTom acquired TeleAtlas and Alain was appointed as a member of the Management Board in October 2008. 

Mr. Vikas Sehgal is the Managing Director and Global Automotive Sector Head of Rothschild, UK. He is responsible for the global automotive and engineering products sector. He is also responsible for Rothschild’s offerings for equity markets, debt advisory, and mergers & acquisition.
 
Prior to Rothschild, Mr. Sehgal was a Partner at Booz & Company, where he managed multiple client relationships in United States, Europe, India, China and the Middle East. He was also instrumental in starting the engineering offshoring business in 2002 and established their India business in 2009. He began his professional career at Ford Motor Company, Michigan, as a Program Engineer.
 
He has been a prolific writer and has published many papers and sample studies on engineering products and global engineering offshoring.  
 
Mr. Sehgal holds a masters degree in management from the University of Chicago in addition to a masters degree in engineering from MIT and the University of Florida. He also holds a bachelors degree in engineering from the University of Delhi.
 
He is currently based in London.

John Renard, President - N&CE worldwide continues to be the Managing Director of Infotech Enterprises Europe Limited.

John Renard has over 10 years' commercial and management experience in the GIS arena. As well as a formal consultancy background, he has worked at all levels with clients to deliver business applications.

As well as studying management at Cambridge, John Renard undertook a two year vocational management training with Tiphook Plc. This covered all aspects of company management, including accounting, marketing, sales and operations. Prior to Infotech he ran his own consultancy practice working with companies such as Andersen Consulting and Total. His European experience has been gained from living and working in France for 6 years (1989-1995).

Krishna Bodanapu is President - Engineering of Infotech Enterprises Ltd. In this role he has the P&L responsibility for the engineering services Infotech provides to customers in manufacturing and HiTech industries. He is also responsible for identifying new growth opportunities and extending current service offerings into new markets.

Krishna has been with Infotech Enterprises since 2001, first as a sales manager Krishna was responsible for selling Infotech Enterprises' service offering in Europe. Later from India Krishna has been in a dual role as marketing manager for the aerospace vertical and a key account manager. As a marketing manager he has been involved with many of Infotech Enterprises' key aerospace customers and was an integral part of the growth of several customer engagements. As a key account manager he was responsible for the relationship and account management of several key customers in engineering services across verticals.

Prior to Infotech Enterprises, Krishna was with Altera Corporation a leading semiconductor manufacturing company in San Jose, CA. In Altera, Krishna was a product marketing engineer responsible for the flagship APEX product line.

Krishna has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a master's degree in Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management in Northwestern University.

Prior to joining Infotech Ashok Reddy was with Voltas Ltd. He handled several functions in Voltas starting as a Management Trainee in one of their subsidiaries. Starting as a Head of Time Office, he went through several steps in the organizational hierarchy before being designated as Chief Manager-HR, responsible for entire HR function for their Home Appliances Business Division, which employs more than 3000 employees. His experience includes Personnel, Human Resource Development, Legal, Factory Administration and Government Liaison.

At Infotech, Ashok Reddy is Head of Human Resource Development and is responsible for positioning Infotech as one of the leading IT organizations to work for, ensuring employee satisfaction and progressive career development opportunities. He specially focuses on defining organizational structures and identifying & developing future leaders.

Ashok Reddy is a post graduate in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management and also holds a bachelors degree in Law.

Bill Whitley is President, Infotech Enterprises America, Inc., with responsibility for the corporate staff operations, including Finance, HR, Network & Systems, and Contracts & Compliance.  He joined Infotech in 2009 as Vice President, Automotive Practice.

Bill spent 35 years with General Motors Corporation, with assignments in Manufacturing, Reliability, Product Assurance and Product Engineering.  As Executive Director, GM Powertrain Engineering Operations he was an original member of the Global Proving Grounds & Test Lab Council, focused on implementing best practices on a global basis.  While with ArvinMeritor as Global Director Test Operations, he led the initiative to establish an offshore engineering development center in India.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Martin Trostel, the Managing Director & President Engineering Services Europe, is responsible for marketing, sales and strategies for all European markets.

After his merchant education, Martin Trostel worked in several sales and marketing roles as well as in production management until he founded AGS GmbH in 1990. He successfully leveraged his international experience gained while working with partnerships in the US and a number of European countries. In the year 2000, after a long-term relationship he merged his company with Infotech and joined the Infotech global organization.

Mr. Bhanuprakash Cherukuri (Bhanu) became the Chief Strategy Officer for Infotech in April 2010. The role encompasses strategic growth initiatives including M&A, corporate wide initiatives to build a sustainable organization and the corporate brand. Bhanu joined Infotech in 2007 to manage strategic growth initiatives and held the responsibility for all M&A activity since then. With the acquisition of TTM Inc. in Oct 2008, Bhanu also assumed the responsibility of integrating TTM Inc. and provided strong leadership through the recession of 2009 and nurtured it to strong performance leading to full integration into the engineering services business in March 2010.

Bhanu has extensive experience in the technology services industry. Starting his career as a software engineer, he has a well rounded experience and has held important responsibilities in engineering, operations and business development. Immediately prior to Infotech, Bhanu was with Aricent for 5 years. Aricent is the largest communication software services firm providing design & development services to all the leading telecom network OEMs. At Aricent he held key responsibilities for the Japan operations of the company, the China development centre and strategic business development. Prior to that, Bhanu has been an entrepreneur and has worked with marquee firms in the industry like Tata Consultancy Services, Coopers & Lybrand and Sasken Communication Technologies.

Bhanu has a batchelor's in computer science & engineering from College of Engineering, Osmania University, Hyderabad and a masters in management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. 

Mr. Ajay Aggarwal is an FCS, FICWA and an Engineer from BITS, Pilani. He attended Corporate Finance at Euromoney, UK.

He has extensive experience in large multilocation, multiproduct organizations in financial management and commercial management. He also has experience in setting up startups with expertise in funding, banking and strategic planning, business modeling, MIS, ERP implementations, capital budgeting, corporate finance, M&A and restructuring.

His last assignment before joining Infotech was with Tata Chemicals as Chief Corporate Controller. In the past, he has been associated with reputed organizations such as Kirby Building Systems Ltd as CFO, Reliance Industries, P T Polysindo and J K Synthetics Ltd. 

Ramaswami, as CIO of Infotech, is responsible for IT infrastructure and applications across all locations around the world and has a mandate to provide proactive leadership in building secure, stable and scalable systems.

Prior to joining Infotech, Ramaswami worked with many multinational corporations including Union Carbide, Energizer and Flextronics. He has over 25 years of work experience in various capacities in strategizing and delivering IT solutions to business.  His experience includes transforming locally optimized IS organizations in diverse multicultural and environmental settings across Asia, Australia and Africa, into a shared IT service organization in support of global initiatives.  His M&A domain experience include both pre-acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition integration.

Ramaswami is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from REC Trichy (now known as NIT Trichy) and a Post Graduate in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He also holds professional certifications in project management (PMI), service management (ITIL Expert) and security (CISSP).
