Our electrical design team is equipped with the latest E-CAD tools such as E3S, EBase, E-Plan, DDSC, Catia EHI & EWR, ProE Circuits and AutoCad Inventor permitting us to offer Integrated electrical CAD design solutions. We comply with various international standards IEC, IEEE, ANSI, CENELAC, ISO, DIN, and customer specific standards.

Subsystem-Level Design

Infotech specializes in end-to-end electrical cubicle design at various voltage and IP levels. Based on space envelope and customer-specific functional requirements, we design the electrical circuit, component selection and arrangement, and harness design. The electrical team works closely with the mechanical and structures team to enable the cubicle for sturdy and sustainable design.

Our expertise in PLC based industrial controller design makes us distinct from our competitors while delivering ladder logic programs, node allocation diagrams, interconnection diagrams, I/O diagrams and configuration and integration for the electrical system.

Our instrumentation and controls engineers are experienced in many areas of sequential and process control. Using an engineering methodology that ensures successful control system design and implementation, we design customized systems from concept to completion. A strong shop floor background enables us to have a better understanding of customer requirements related to automation and controls projects. Coupled with that, we have strong capabilities in PLC programming on multiple vendor platforms, excellent understanding of SCADA systems and network architecture and are well versed in international standards and best practices adopted in the field of instrumentation and controls engineering.

Integrated Cable Harness Design

Our clients have benefited from our extensive detail engineering capabilities that include conversion of electrical schematics from legacy formats to 3D integrated environment. We specialize in interfacing electrical tool (E3) with 3D mechanical design tools (Catia, Solidworks, Pro-E) for 3D routing. Export logical data (connector details, wire/cable details) from E3 to 3D system for calculating the cutting length and bend radius. Subsequently, cable data are imported back to E3 for harness drawings supported by cross referencing and connection validation in schematics.
