Installation, Commissioning and testing - Setup production, disaster recovery, training and development environments, point-to-point checkout for RTU / FEPs, unit testing and module testing for the interfaces, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and the documentation

Support & Maintenance - First level onsite support for the SCADA application software and firmware support for RTUs installed
