Infotech has adopted SEBI
- Prohibition of Insider Trading
Regulations 2002. Accordingly all the Directors and the
designated employees of Infotech follow the policy on
prohibition of Insider Trading.
The objective of Infotech's
Corporate Disclosure policy is to permit transparency in
operations. All key, price sensitive information shall be
disclosed promptly and put in public domain through media,
press, company website and other channel of communications
