as
Director

Turbine
Engine
Projects.
He
was
then
named
Chief
Systems
Engineer,
Analytical,
in
2002,
and
most
recently
named
Vice
President,
Engineering.
Paul’s
leadership
played
a
significant
role
in
driving
engineering
productivity
and
performance
improvements
as
reflected
in
the
substantially
reduced
surge
rates
across
all
product
lines
-
most
notably
in
the
PW4000
ring
case.
This
effort
has
helped
to
restore
customer
confidence.
Paul
has
also
guided
five
Productivity
High
Impact
ACE
Teams
with
the
overall
objective
of
delivering
5
percent
year-over-year
productivity
improvement.
Paul
R.
Adams
has
a
bachelor’s
degree
in
Aerospace
Engineering
from
the
University
of
Michigan.
