Greg Tilley is President - IEAI, USA and one of the founders of VARGIS LLC, now an Infotech Enterprises group company. He has over 30 years of experience in GIS, remote sensing, environmental planning and business management.

Prior to joining VARGIS, Greg Tilley was Vice President of Business Development for Photo Science, Inc. now known as EarthData International. He also served as Chief of Geographic Information Services for the Maryland Department of Natural Resources, and was the first Chairman of the Maryland State Government GIS Coordinating Committee. He has received formal recognition for his contribution to GIS in the States of Maryland, Virginia and Texas, and received an Outstanding Service Award from the National States Geographic Information Council (NSGIC).
